SOLAR WITHOUT
THE HOMEWORK.
We screen the roof, electric load, utility, incentives, financing and schedule before asking you to decipher seventeen programs yourself. If the project doesn't pencil, we say so. If it does, we coordinate the next steps with the right professionals.
HERE'S EXACTLY WHAT WE DO.
The most recent 12–24 months of electric bills — or authorization to collect what a model needs — plus safe access for a survey.
We confirm the roof type, seam profile, age, condition and shading. Standing-seam metal is the first-wave target.
Which company bills you, how many meters, and what that territory allows before anyone commits.
Production, incentives, financing and who benefits — modeled honestly, labeled as planning scenarios.
If it pencils, we structure the agreements and coordinate the right professionals.
Permits, procurement, construction, inspection, meter and Permission to Operate — through qualified contractors.
ONE QUESTION AT A TIME.
No jargon dump. We ask a dozen plain questions about who controls the property, the roofs, the meters and the bills — and we skip anything we already know. Then we do the screening.
STRAIGHT ANSWERS.
Do I need to become a solar expert?
No. We take your property, roof, utility and bill information, run the roof / grid / money screens, and come back with what works, what does not, and what we would need next.
What kind of roof are you looking for first?
Standing-seam metal poultry roofs — the kind where the metal seams lock together without rows of exposed screws. That lets an engineered nonpenetrating seam-clamp approach be evaluated. If you are unsure of your roof type, that is fine; we confirm it during the survey.
What do you need from me to start?
Property and owner information, roof and site access, utility and meter information, and recent electric bills. You do not need all of it to begin — just enough for us to screen the roof and the grid.
What if the project does not make sense?
We tell you. If the numbers do not pencil, we say so plainly instead of pushing a deal that does not work for your operation.
Will this put holes in my roof?
Our first-wave approach targets a nonpenetrating seam-clamp architecture on standing-seam metal. The exact attachment is engineered for your specific roof profile, structure and wind requirements before anything is installed.
Is there a deadline?
Federal eligibility depends on project facts and current law and generally turns on a qualifying system being placed in service in time. Our internal development target is Permission to Operate by September 30, 2027. It is a target, not a guarantee.
WHAT WE DO NOT PROMISE.
Honesty is the whole point. Here's what we will never guarantee:
Grant programs have their own eligibility, funding cycles and approvals we do not control.
Federal and state treatment depends on your project facts, your basis and your tax situation. It must be confirmed for the project and taxpayer.
The grid may not have capacity at your location. The utility decides, and sometimes the answer is no.
Real construction happens on a working farm. We plan around your operation, but we do not pretend it is invisible.
YOUR FARM DATA STAYS YOURS.
The information you share — contact details, farm and property information, utility, meter and bill data — is used to qualify and develop your project and to run the utility, incentive and financing workflows. We do not publish your private farm data. We can't claim absolute security, but we protect it and you can ask us to access or correct it. Full detail is in our Privacy Notice.
